I am a creative, energetic, and empathetic Talent Acquisition leader, spending the last 13 years in technical recruiting within companies both large and small. I thrive in ambiguous environments where I can grow and motivate teams to have an impact quickly while continuing to innovate. I am passionate about working for mission-driven companies and currently lead a large recruiting team at web3 powerhouse Protocol Labs, an Open Source R&D company working to drive breakthroughs in computing to push humanity forward.
Prior to Protocol Labs, I was leading high-performing teams of recruiters at Facebook and prior to Facebook, was leading technical recruitment at a growing ad-tech company.

With over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and people management, I have built and managed high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results in fast-paced and innovative environments.
